The Visionaries Behind Dental Real Estate Partners
DR. JOSH COCHRAN
Dr. Josh Cochran is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a successful track record in the dental industry. He founded the region’s largest dental group, growing it to 160 employees. In 2024, he transitioned to Chief Investment Officer of Cochran Capital, closing $145M in deals in its first year.
Dr. Cochran focuses on high-quality real estate investments, helping fellow dentists build wealth outside of their practices.
As a real estate developer, he oversees $125M in assets across multifamily complexes in Washington and Idaho. With a background in Finance (University of Washington) and Dentistry (Arizona School of Medicine & Oral Health), Dr. Cochran combines business acumen and dental expertise to help dentists minimize taxes and grow their financial portfolios.
Outside of work, Dr. Cochran enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in the Great Pacific Northwest.
DR. REED FALDET
Dr. Reed Faldet is a dentist, multi-practice owner, and full-time commercial real estate investor. As the founder of Faldet Capital, Reed has helped transact over $100 million in commercial real estate and is currently developing more than $100 million in multifamily and mixed-use projects. His portfolio spans over 500 multifamily units, with another 300 units under development, and also includes medical office buildings, industrial properties, and retail centers.
Based in Iowa, Reed balances part-time clinical work with a full-time focus on helping other dentists-build long-term wealth through real estate. As co-founder of Dental Real Estate Partners, he helps private-practice dentists transition from renters to owners of the buildings they operate in through education and innovative partnership models.
Reed also leads a private Facebook group—Dental RE Partners—a small, focused community for dentists interested in commercial real estate ownership. The group emphasizes owning your dental practice real estate as a key wealth-building tool and offers insights, case studies, and direct access to other active investors and educational resources.
Reed’s mission is simple: to help dental professionals grow their income, their net worth, reduce taxes, and take control of their financial future through strategic ownership in both business and real estate.
